Example 1:
My primary role has always been to support students outside of lecture. But, it allows me to communicate major issues to the entire class at a single time, as opposed to individually.

Example 2:
It allows me to focus my attention on questions students have about the readings, because I ask them to post any questions or concerns on ctools prior to class.
