The site has not been published
Sometimes instructors and project coordinators keep their sites unpublished while they work on them. Please contact the instructor or project coordinator to find out when the site will be published. If it is a site from a prior term, the instructor may have unpublished it to take it out of service.
You are not a participant of the site
Only participants of a CTools site can enter that site. Note that waitlisted students are not participants, and occasionally instructors do not automatically show up as participants. Contact the primary instructor or project coordinator and request that he or she add you.
You recently registered for a course
It can take up to 24 hours (48 on weekends) for information about new registrations to get to CTools. (On Wolverine Access, you may see the icon for opening CTools before CTools is aware of your registration.) Try again later, and if it has been more than 24 hours (or 48 on weekends), send email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The site has been deleted
Contact the class instructor or project coordinator to find out if the site was deleted.
You have an inaccurate or incomplete URL
Check your URL carefully. Long URLs can break in email messages. Then, if necessary, contact the class instructor or project coordinator, or send email to email@example.com.
